Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 1996. He holds designations as a Chartered Accountant (CA Singapore) with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

His decades of professional experience span across top-tier international audit firms, multinational technology corporations, agricultural plantation conglomerates, startups, and SMEs. Andrew personally supervises MLT's corporate incorporation advisory, SFRS unaudited financial statements, and technical IRAS tax defense.

Esa is a Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) for more than 20 years. He is also a professionally licensed company secretary accredited by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

He leads MLT's Johor commercial hub, bringing deep expertise across Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), public construction ventures, developer utilities, animal feed manufacturing, and human capital administration. Esa coordinates fast-track commercial licensing, Johor state authority approvals, and industrial land acquisitions.
